Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Key Personnel Lead to provide leadership by managing federal geospatial program execution and leading multidisciplinary technical teams. This role is responsible for coordinating project delivery, including schedule management, risk management, federal reporting, contract deliverables, project meetings, and regular coordination with the COR and stakeholders. The position requires familiarity with DOI IT and security policies and the ability to oversee technical solutions, project controls, work breakdown structures, schedules, and milestone-driven delivery.

Salary Range: $123,250-$142,375

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide the organization chart and qualifications of all contractor staff.

Oversee delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables.

Conduct the Post Award Meeting.

Provide project management artifacts, including the QC plan, PMP, and work plans.

Coordinate with the COR and stakeholders through regular calls and reports.

Serve as the lead for multiple projects.

Work directly with the Subject Matter Expert or Project Manager in the overall management of the specific task.

Ensure technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely and effective manner.

Perform enterprise-wide integration planning and interface with other functional systems.

Implement project controls and use tools to develop project schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestone-driven Gantt charts.

Diagnose and define problems and recommend options in complex business settings.

Direct the work of project managers and other project team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Demonstrated project management experience with federal geospatial programs.

Expertise in PWS-driven contract execution.

Schedule management experience.

Risk management experience.

Familiarity with DOI IT and security policies.

Ability to manage reporting requirements.

Ability to lead multidisciplinary geospatial, data, and analysis teams.

Demonstrated capability implementing project controls.

Experience using tools to develop project schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestone-driven Gantt charts.
