JOB OVERVIEW: Team Member
Chick-fil-A at Harrisonburg is seeking dedicated and high-energy Team Members to serve in both Front of House and Back of House roles. This is more than a job. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Pay: Full Time: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour | Part Time: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Guest Experience
- Greet every guest with eye contact, a genuine smile, and enthusiastic hospitality.
- Take accurate orders and process payments efficiently.
- Deliver food quickly and correctly in dining room or drive thru.
Kitchen Operations
- Prepare and cook food safely and efficiently according to Chick fil A standards.
- Maintain strict food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Support opening and closing duties and stocking.
Team Contribution
- Work at a quick and thorough pace.
- Communicate clearly with team members.
- Maintain a positive and coachable attitude in a high volume environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and present food safely and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Operational Support: Help open the kitchen or front of house and assist with inventory stocking.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Strictly follow all food safety policies and maintain a clean, orderly workspace at all times.
- Teamwork: Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining a positive, coachable attitude.
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Full Time
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts between 5:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Must be available on Saturdays.
Part Time
- 20 to 25 hours per week, typically 3 to 4 shifts.
- Must be available on Saturdays.
We are closed on Sundays.

REQUIREMENTS
- Availability: Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 5:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift/move stock weighing up to 35 pounds.
