Serve as the voice of our company by creating positive experiences with every phone call.

Provide efficient, accurate, and customer-focused assistance for all incoming calls.

Support customers by identifying the correct automotive parts, offering product options, and finalizing sales over the phone.

Develop a strong understanding of the parts, services, and solutions we provide.

Uphold our Never Say No values by offering all available product options and solutions.

Process orders, returns, and inquiries accurately within our systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily call center operations.

Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a high level of product knowledge in every interaction.

Schedule
Full time, Monday-Friday8am-5pm.
Job Requirements:

Previous 3 years experience in automotive field.

Customer focused with strong communication skills.

Must be at least 18 years of Age
-
Valid Driver’s License
-
No major violations
-
No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
-
No more than one at-fault accident
-
Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test.

Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms.
