Village Green Landscaping is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hard-working Lawn Care Technicians to join our team serving residential and HOA properties throughout Boston’s MetroWest.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented company. Experience is helpful, but integrity, reliability, and willingness to learn matter most.
What You’ll Do
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and lawn treatments safely and accurately
- Operate ride-on and handheld application equipment
- Diagnose and communicate common turf issues, weeds, insects, and disease concerns
- Perform aeration, overseeding, lime applications, and related lawn services
- Maintain clean, organized trucks and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Assist with landscape maintenance and seasonal work as needed (cleanups, mulch, snow, etc.)
- Follow all safety procedures and licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or turf management preferred
- MA pesticide license strongly preferred

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
