Client Care Coordinators are responsible for ensuring each client has a fantastic experience at Wrigleyville Veterinary Center from start to finish, and we are in search of polished, professional candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service to fill this role. Primary responsibilities include managing a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, checking clients in/out, maintaining organized electronic medical records, and making sure the lobby is a clean, comfortable place for visitors to wait.
The ideal candidate will pay great attention to detail and be an expert multitasker. Computer proficiency and outstanding people skills are a must for this position.
