Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Experienced Toddler (2/3's) Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their critical early childhood years. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood development, including literacy education, math skills, and physical education.
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Use classroom management techniques to maintain an organized, safe environment conducive to learning and play.
- Engage with children through hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive lessons tailored to toddlers’ developmental stages.
- Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support early intervention strategies when necessary.
- Incorporate Montessori principles and other educational philosophies to enhance learning experiences for toddlers aged two to three years old.
- Assess children’s progress regularly using standardized testing methods and document developmental milestones for each child’s record.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children’s families.
- Ability to implement literacy education initiatives and incorporate math activities suitable for young learners.
- Knowledge of Montessori methods and experience applying them in classroom settings is a plus.
