The Team:
Acting as a trusted partner to the Dayton Service Center and other business partners of Hermès Americas, the Hermès of Paris (HOP) IT Team leads comprehensive technology delivery, innovation across the Logistics Support and Services.
The Opportunity:
As a member of the IT Logistics Services team, under the direction and in close partnership with Hermes’ Dayton Service Center and NYC Headquarters, you will monitor and support the Manhattan Active WMS. The duties include troubleshooting system configuration issues related to inbound/outbound process flows and rule adjustments. You will be working out of the Dayton SC location, so daily support of hardware issues is required to ensure they are properly maintained and operational. Monitor data integration between the MHE (Kardex) and Active. Troubleshoot data integration issues as needed. Collaborate with the business team to update new store setup and other data updates as required. Conduct weekly meetings with the business to discuss open issues and resolutions.

About the Role:
System support related to process failures and/or system disruptions.
Oversee system configurations and develop new process flows and rules.
Hardware support, (PCs, RF devices, printers, weight scale, etc.)
Troubleshoot and monitor MHE (Kardex) integration disruptions.
Maintain new store setup and data integrity.
Partner with the Dayton team on weekly issues review.
Monitor and support daily data integration issues.
Report and escalate hardware shortages and/or preparation for Holidays and special events.
Support Integration developments and data preparation for testing.
Troubleshoot any systems and hardware related problems and escalate urgent/complex cases to the appropriate team for resolution.
Document all system resolution for future reference.
Monitor data integration flow between systems. Resolve issues accordingly.

About You:
- Has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT or warehouse environment, including hands on internship experience
- BA or equivalent in related field preferred
- Dedication in providing outstanding level of service
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and business relationship management

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually. Actual rates are determined on the job, location, and individual experience.
