Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing & Sales Consultant to help expand our customer base, strengthen our brand presence, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a passion for boating or the marine industry, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. This role combines strategic marketing planning with hands-on sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote boat sales, service offerings, and seasonal promotions
- Manage online presence, including website updates, social media content, and digital advertising campaigns
- Conduct customer outreach, follow up on leads, and nurture client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales collateral
- Assist in organizing events, boat shows, and community engagements
- Track marketing performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
- Maintain a deep understanding of the marine market and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development (marine industry experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

What You’ll Do
