- Build strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, market trends, and competition
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and daily activity to maximize sales
- Deliver a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable buying experience
- Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention
