You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion—identifying new markets, executing acquisitions, and launching new office locations from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role for someone who doesn’t wait for direction but creates it.
You’ll work side-by-side with executive leadership to turn vision into reality, bringing new locations to life and setting them up for long-term success.
- Scout and evaluate new markets with a sharp, strategic lens
- Identify and execute acquisition opportunities that accelerate growth
- Lead the full lifecycle of launching new offices—from idea to opening day
- Drive site selection, lease negotiations, and office buildout
- Align teams, staffing, and operations to ensure successful market entry
- Lead and manage the Marketing, Sales, and Intake teams, ensuring alignment with expansion goals and driving performance across all locations
- Oversee marketing strategy to fuel brand awareness and momentum in new and existing markets
- Build strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and local stakeholders
- Step in post-launch to stabilize operations and drive early performance
- A self-starter who doesn’t need a playbook—you write it
- Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from scratch
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- A natural leader with experience managing cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Intake)
- A relationship-builder who can open doors and close deals
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple high-impact initiatives
