Job description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality healthcare and the ability to work independently in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health status.
- Administer medication and provide wound care, IV therapy, and other medical treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records following legal and ethical standards.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to patients' homes within the service area.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record documentation.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
