Work Location: Port Clinton, Marblehead, Oak Harbor
- Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Remind clients about medications
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Maintain accurate daily care notes
- Follow individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Active car insurance - Must be able to provide proof of active policy
- Home Health Aide certification preferred (or CNA/STNA accepted)
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
- Ability to pass background check
