Country Meadows Village is a beautiful independent and assisted living campus located in Woodburn, Oregon owned by a small private company. We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our 40-apartment assisted living building. This position is mainly administrative and does not include staffing.
Duties include:
~Works closely with the Administrator and Health Care Coordinator to ensure quality care of all residents.
~Completes resident evaluations and documents changes of condition.
~Reviews and contributes to service plans.
~Reviews incident reports and participates in plan development.
~Acts as a clinical resource to all Health Services staff.
~Completes and supervises RN Delegation.
~Provides training programs as requested.

~Starting wage is $50.00 per Hour

Requirements:
~Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license.
~Experience in clinical nursing practice or long-term care administration preferred but not required.
~Ability to perform multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
