Challenge Cargo Services is looking for an experienced, hands-on, and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Medley, Florida.
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading warehouse personnel, and ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and hands-on experience using the Magaya Cargo System.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory using the Magaya Cargo System.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and efficient warehouse organization.
- Lead, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse employees.
- Coordinate daily workflow to maximize productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Supervise the safe operation of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Coordinate with the office team to ensure accurate shipment processing and documentation.
- Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist with equipment maintenance coordination and warehouse organization.
Qualifications
- Required: Proficiency with the Magaya Cargo System.
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management or warehouse supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
- Forklift certification is preferred.
- Experience in freight forwarding, international logistics, or air cargo is preferred.
- Knowledge of TSA cargo security requirements and bonded warehouse operations is a plus.
- Experience coordinating cargo pickups and deliveries is preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $49,404.60 - $59,498.02 per year
