CENTRAL MOTORS – Sales Representative - USED CAR DEALERSHIP in SOUTHBOROUGH!!
Central Motors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers visiting the dealership
- Present vehicles and arrange test drives
- Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish
- Follow up with phone and online leads
- Deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese are extra and preferred!!)
- Valid driver’s license
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $16 to $20/hour (based on experience)
- Commission on every sale and every extra product sale
- Performance bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential (uncapped commission)
Schedule:
Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
