Job Description: Residential Service Manager (Part-time to Full-time position)

A Luxury High-Rise Condominium (58 Units)
The Residential Service Manager is a key member of the staff team for a luxury high-rise private condominium with 58 units, dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer service experience and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities
· Extend a warm welcome to residents and guests, offer courteous support, and deliver tailored services in a professional manner.
· Resident Onboarding – Conduct a meeting with new residents to review the Welcome Binder and distribute access fobs, mail keys, and car decals.
· Oversee the operations of the main lobby, including the efficient management of deliveries, packages, and mail.
· Collaborate with the Facility Manager to provide assistance with warranty-related matters for residents' units.
· Supervise entry to the premises, ensure compliance with established security protocols, evaluate surveillance footage, and demonstrate proficiency in the Salto software system.
· Provide information as requested to Title Companies on new sales or refinance.
· Periodic review of owner’s liability insurance policies to ensure they are in compliance with the CC&Rs.
· Assist with Board of Directors and annual membership meetings
· Respond swiftly to emergencies or urgent matters, maintaining clear communication with the building facility manager.
· Ensure the lobby remains clean and orderly at all times, so that all common areas consistently uphold the condominium’s luxury standards.
· Cultivate constructive relationships with residents by responding to their needs in a manner that is both professional and discreet.
Qualifications
· Prior experience in concierge, hospitality, or customer service within a luxury residential or hotel environment is preferred.
· Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, complemented by a refined and professional presence.
· Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
· Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
· Demonstrated knowledge of property security systems and fundamental emergency response procedures.
· Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and office management systems.
Education
· High School diploma; An associate or bachelor’s degree; experience in property or community management and/or real estate management.
· Excellent communication and written communication skills.
Work Schedule
· Days - Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays
· Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (closed between 12:00 and 1:00)
· Some Saturdays, if needed
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
