We're seeking a passionate, driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team and help deliver next-level guest experiences while supporting day-to-day operations.
The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in maintaining high operational standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a dynamic team. You'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee every aspect of operations, uphold hospitality standards, and drive both guest and team engagement. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment ideal for a hands-on leader with a love for hospitality and sports.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Required 2-3 years minimum of management experience in a similar high-volume bar or full service restaurant setting
- Passion for hospitality, guest service, and sports culture
- Proven experience with Event/Programming creation and execution in a similar setting
- Great with people, excellent communicator, and a strong leader
- Adaptable, dedicated, and thrives in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily operations of the lounge alongside the GM
- Lead and mentor front-of-house to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and ordering to ensure efficiency and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and liquor regulations
- Manage opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting
- Creation of programming to drive traffic & increase sales

- Ensure guests enjoy a seamless, memorable experience
- Resolve guest issues professionally and promptly
- Champion a service culture that aligns with the excitement of major sporting events

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
