About the Role
In this role, you will lead medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters, ensuring thorough case preparation and vigorous representation. Your expertise will help clients navigate the challenging legal landscape of medical malpractice claims, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8-10 years of medical malpractice experience with significant number of successful jury trials (plaintiff).
- Bar Admissions: Active and in good standing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Skills: Exceptional courtroom presence and advanced legal research and writing skills and a proven ability to evaluate medical records and expert testimony.
Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
