Description We are looking for energetic and dependable individuals to add to our team. A great attitude and being team-oriented are a must. We are a premier fondue restaurant located in Easton Town Center. Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment for our team members. Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We close at 9 pm every day. We are looking for both full and part-time. The Melting Pot is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or school.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dish machine set-up and maintenance.

Must work night time shifts

Use of proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning fondue pots, cleaning fondue forks, and following proper chemical usage.

Immediately documents and reports repairs and maintenance issues.

Positive interaction between service staff and other team members.

Effective time management.

Practices teamwork by communicating with and assisting all members of the restaurant team.

Uses checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift.

Follows all of the company’s specifications and procedures to ensure Perfect Food.

Follows and uses all food safety procedures and logs.
-
Follows all food rotation and re-stocking procedures using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
