About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Developer to own, optimize, and scale our Operations workflow developed using Zoho Creator. This role will focus primarily on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting while also contributing in migrating CRM from HubSpot to Zoho CRM. Our tech solution has many components and it is important to understand business processes and its implementation in various systems and ensure seamless integration, automation, and data consistency between Zoho (Creator and CRM) and other systems.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can both build and maintain Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM systems while partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM ecosystem, including customization, workflows, and ongoing optimization
- Take responsibility for migrating HubSpot to Zoho CRM, ensuring alignment with business processes and data structure
- Design and implement automations, integrations, and workflows to improve efficiency
- Maintain and improve data integrity, reporting, and dashboards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM adoption across teams
- Manage integrations between Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM platforms and other internal/external tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Zoho Developer with heavy focus on Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting, CRM Administrator, or similar role
- Expert in Deluge for Zoho, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with other Zoho One such as Zoho books, Zoho Desk, etc is not required and not sufficient
- Proven ability to build custom workflows, automations, and integrations in Zoho Creator
- Experience with APIs, data migrations, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data architecture
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboards
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience working in operations-heavy environments
- Knowledge of sales and marketing funnels
- Migrating CRM platforms
- Experience with additional CRM or ERP systems like HubSpot, NetSuite, among others.
