Orthodontic Assistant – Arboretum
Hull & Coleman Orthodontics is looking for a kind, caring, and dependable Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at our Arboretum location!
We are a privately owned, family-oriented orthodontic practice with a long history of serving the Charlotte community. We have two locations—Arboretum and Wesley Chapel—and we pride ourselves on creating a positive, supportive environment for both our patients and our team.

The Position
- Full-time, Monday–Thursday
- 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Lunch: 12:45 PM–2:00 PM
- Primary location: Arboretum
- Occasional travel to our Wesley Chapel location may be needed
- No regular Friday hours
- Work outings and team events throughout the year
- Uniform allowance
What You'll Do
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll work closely with our doctors and clinical team to provide an exceptional experience for our patients. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting doctors with orthodontic procedures
- Taking digital photographs, scans, and X-rays as needed
- Bonding and removing orthodontic appliances
- Placing and removing wires, elastics, and other orthodontic materials
- Providing patients and parents with instructions on orthodontic care
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
- Helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors
- Following our clinical protocols and working as a team to provide consistent, high-quality care
Our Technology
We utilize Dolphin Management and Imaging software and modern digital orthodontic technology such as iTero digital scanning and SprintRay 3D Printing. Experience with Dolphin is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
