Sales Manager With Dialer Experience
$24-$28/hour | Full-Time
Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Saturdays During Peak Season
We're looking for an experienced sales leader who's willing to learn every aspect of our sales operation before stepping into a management role.
This position begins as an individual contributor. During your first several months, you'll master our sales process, learn our services, understand our customers, and become an expert in how our sales department operates. Once you've completed your training, you'll transition into managing, coaching, and developing a growing sales team.
We're not looking for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk. We're looking for someone who believes the best leaders lead by example.
What You'll Do During Training
- Master our SpitFire dialer and sales systems
- Make 100-150+ outbound calls each day using a sales dialer
- Convert warm leads into new customers
- Upsell services
- Learn our products, services, pricing, and sales process
- Build strong product knowledge and customer relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities
- Help identify opportunities to improve sales processes
After Training, You'll
- Train new sales team members
- Coach employees to improve performance and close rates
- Monitor KPIs, call quality, and daily activity
- Help refine sales scripts, workflows, and best practices
- Hold team members accountable to performance expectations
- Continue leading by example through active involvement in sales
Qualifications
- Previous sales management or sales leadership experience
- Experience making 100+ outbound calls per day in a performance-driven sales environment
- Experience using a sales dialer
- Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to motivate others while remaining hands-on in the sales process
