Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Clinic Supervisor to lead and oversee daily operations within a busy and growing healthcare group. This vital role combines strong leadership, efficient office management, and basic clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care and smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, demonstrate excellent supervisory skills, and have a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, including electronic health records (EHR), medical terminology, and regulatory compliance such as HIPAA. Responsibilities
- Supervise daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow, staff coordination, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize clinic performance.
- Oversee medical administrative support functions such as medical records management, billing processes, and utilization management.
- Lead human resources activities including staff scheduling, performance evaluations, training, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards, HIPAA privacy rules, and managed care requirements.
- Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems/ eClinicalWorks to maintain accurate patient documentation and streamline clinical workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical staff—including nursing and medical providers—to support acute care delivery and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between departments to coordinate care delivery and improve patient satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in medical office management with a strong background in healthcare operations.
- Supervisory experience leading teams within a clinical or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
- Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial oversight, and resource planning.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations (HIPAA), and compliance standards like JCAHO.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
