The Sales Associate is responsible for escorting the customer through the sales ritual, upholding the brand characteristics while exhibiting impeccable professionalism and knowledge of the product.

Achieve monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals assigned by the Store Manager and by the Company

Perform a sales ritual in line with brand policy: helping customers choose products that best suit their needs and desires, and ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales

Organize your own work in order to achieve sales objectives and observe timelines

Keep constant tabs on products present in the store and their prices, capture customer data according to the CRM

Ensure that customers are informed of the arrival of new collections and special events

Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with brand visual standards

Take an active role in inventory. Participate in goods receiving and ensure quality control

Be aware of the sales plan and coordinate constantly with coworkers in order to guarantee an atmosphere that is in keeping with the brand image

Gather feedback from customers on the collection and communicate it to the Store Manager
Luxury fashion sales experience

2 + years’ experience in retail luxury experience preferred

Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues

High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers

Ability to engage clients with the personal fashion knowledge
