The Property Manager, reporting to Managing Broker, Jason Picht, will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of properties managed by Picht & Sons.

Responsibilities
A Picht & Sons property manager has, at a minimum, the following responsibilities:
- Works with the Managing Broker to on-board new properties.
- Turns, markets, and leases assigned vacant properties.
- Responds to tenant communication promptly.
- Continuously works to provide an exceptional experience.
- Manages maintenance requests from start to finish.
- Responsible for approving property specific invoices.
- Conducts routine property inspections and works to address any concerns.
- Works with Managing Broker to ensure accurate monthly Owner Statements.
- Ensures overall smooth operations of assigned properties.
- Escalates to Managing Broker as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience
- MUST HAVE Real Estate Sales Associate License
- HS diploma or higher
- 1+ years of experience in similar role or equivalent experience/knowledge preferred.
- Great people/organizational/communication skills required.
- Must be a self starter type individual who takes initiative to get stuff done.
- General knowledge of real estate and real estate concepts preferred.
- Must be honest, hardworking, patient, and kind.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
