Summer Camp Instructor – Business & Financial Literacy Education (K–5th)

SPARK Business Academy is looking for energetic, dependable educators to teach hands-on business and financial literacy camps for elementary students (grades K–5th) this summer. If you have strong classroom management skills and enjoy inspiring young minds, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do
- Teach engaging, interactive business and entrepreneurship camps
- Use our easy-to-follow curriculum and teaching guides
- Foster a positive, structured classroom environment
- Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Inspire confidence, creativity, and leadership in young students
Schedule & Location
- Dates: June 15 – August 21
- Days/Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Location: In-person across Northern Virginia, including Vienna, Warrenton, Centreville, McLean, Arlington, Fairfax, and Alexandria
- Candidates must be able to relocate or commute to these areas prior to the start date
Qualifications
- Current teacher status required (applications from non-teachers will not be considered)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (required)
- Minimum 1 year of childcare experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children (grades K–5th)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred Certifications
- First Aid Certification
- CPR Certification
