SUMMARY
The TMS Coordinator is responsible for administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments as prescribed and assisting patients. The TMS Coordinator should have a strong desire to serve and heal our communities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating a supportive environment for our patients to help them complete the TMS course with a safe and successful outcome
- Administering TMS treatments, monitor patients, adhering to our protocols to ensure safety and efficacy
- Enabling effective treatment by accurately positioning the patient cap, and TMS equipment’s electromagnetic coil
- Ensuring head and neck support for patients to remain completely still during the sessions
- Explaining TMS process and procedures to patients, including possible effects on patients
- Assist Psychiatrist with patient mappings
- Recording session notes including number of treatments, treatment parameters, and patient response and closing notes within 24 hours of visit
- Ensuring patient completes psychiatric rating scales weekly during treatment
- Collaborating with the treatment team
- Maintaining consents and other documents in the electronic medical records system
- Communicate with our billing team regarding balances and authorizations.
- Supporting documents maintenance in other novel treatments working with our nursing/paramedic staff
- Responsible for the oversight of the TMS equipment for daily patient care
- Attend bi-weekly TMS team meetings
- Communicate regularly with VP of TMS Services & Education with any questions or concerns regarding patients, equipment or anything related to TMS
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented – quality and precision focused
- Able to demonstrate technological proficiency, documentation in electronic health recordkeeping, and navigation of Microsoft Office Suite
- Following program guidelines for administration of psychiatric scales and documenting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication

- Team oriented with a collaborative and cooperative approach
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain impeccable confidentiality
- Ability to cross training in our other novel therapies as needed working with our nursing/paramedic staff.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree required; bachelors preferred
- Experience in behavioral health preferred
- Prior TMS experience desired
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Completion of TMS certification based on initial training provided by Brainsway
- Successful completion of Hopemark training modules
Start date is late August 2026
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
