micro1 is engaging PowerPoint Specialists to support a customer project focused on enhancing AI capabilities in creating, understanding, and modifying Microsoft Office documents. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
- Design realistic, complex business scenarios that require advanced use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, reflecting real-world enterprise workflows.
- Collaborate with AI systems to create, edit, and evaluate Office Open XML files, with a primary focus on PowerPoint (.pptx) presentations.
- Review and compare AI-generated presentation outputs, selecting the highest-quality deliverables based on professional standards.
- Develop business prompts and presentation tasks that simulate high-value work typically performed in Fortune 500 organizations.
- Participate in structured, multi-turn interactions with AI systems, providing detailed evaluations and preference feedback.
- Document recommendations and insights to improve AI performance on business presentation and document creation tasks.
- Contribute expertise across business functions such as strategy, finance, operations, sales, marketing, and executive communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience creating and reviewing business presentations in Fortune 500 companies, consulting firms, or similar enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Experience developing executive presentations, reports, and business documents across industries such as finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail.
- Strong understanding of business workflows involving strategy, operations, finance, HR, sales, or marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide detailed, actionable feedback.
- Experience using AI tools or large language models (LLMs) in professional workflows is a strong plus.
- Background in roles such as consultant, investment banking analyst, private equity associate, FP&A analyst, HR professional, or marketing strategist is highly desirable.
