As a key ambassador of our brand, you’ll ensure passengers travel safely, comfortably, and stylishly while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury SUVs, including limousine-style vehicles, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and local driving routes.
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and passenger baggage.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS navigation and advanced navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to uphold safety and luxury standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm schedules, provide updates, and address any special requests or concerns.
- Ensure passenger safety at all times through attentive driving practices and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage passenger baggage with care, offering assistance as needed during pickups and drop-offs.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, chauffeur services, or limousine operations within a luxury or high-end environment.
- Strong knowledge of NYC’s local driving routes, traffic patterns, and navigation software.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance routines specific to luxury SUVs and limousines.
- Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Previous experience handling passenger baggage assistance and managing client communication smoothly.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; chauffeur driver certification is a plus.
