Job Overview
New group practice excitedly seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic group practice. Currently looking for a clinician interested in serving children and adolescents. Play Therapy Certification or working towards Play Therapy Certification preferred, but not required. Interest in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) preferred, but not required.

Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with current certification in Arkansas.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or behavioral therapy; experience with telehealth platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong skills in trauma-informed care.
- Knowledge of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for diagnostic evaluation and medical documentation standards; familiarity with CPT coding is a plus.
Pay: $80.00 - $115.00 per hour
