What You’ll Do:
As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will lead a team that creates stunning outdoor spaces. Some of your responsibilities would include.
- Spearheading the installation of custom patios, retaining walls, stone staircases, fire pits and outdoor living features.
- Planting trees, shrubs, and installing landscape beds.
- Installing drainage systems.
- Operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, trucks, compactors, and cut-off saws
- Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, safe job site.
- Ensuring projects are completed efficiently and with excellence.
- Winter snow removal.
Every project is unique, and your role will be essential in bringing each client’s vision to life.
What We’re Looking For:
- Landscape construction experience.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Team mindset
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and grow in skill and responsibility
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Equipment operation experience.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- CDL or chauffer's is a plus.
- Experience determining grades and elevations.
- Snowplowing experience.
