Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Perform the duties associated with parts fabrication of TFP design components and standard Water Odyssey elements and the respective sub-assemblies. Duties will include shop operations pertaining to drilling, tapping, bending, grinding, sanding, measuring, brazing, welding, cutting and polishing. The types of processes include torch and plasma cutting, tig/mig welding, machine-powered operations. Additionally, final assembly/testing of the completed fixtures is required.
2. To keep the company tools and equipment located in the Assembly area in good repair and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
3. Aid in repair of facilities to promote a clean, safe working environment in accordance with company and OSHA policies.
4. Propose suggestions to Area Supervisor regarding procedures, systems and standards having the goal of raising productivity and lowering of costs safely.
· Will maintain and promote a clean work environment and aid in the repair, maintenance, and upkeep of all equipment in accordance with company and OSHA policies.
· Work in other departments as assigned by management
