How You’ll Make a Difference
As an RN on our skilled team, you’ll provide a variety of skilled nursing visits to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities may include:
Completing patient assessments
Wound care
Medication administration
IV infusions
Developing and implementing patient care plans
Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition
Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team
- Travel between patient visits is part of the role,
We believe flexibility is an important part of providing great care. You’ll work with your patients to help determine a schedule that works for both you and your patients.
We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, which means NO OASIS! This allows you to focus on providing quality patient care without OASIS documentation.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
Experience in settings such as ER, Med-Surg, or acute care facilities
Active RN license in good standing
