Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed PT.
- Assist in implementing care plans tailored to each patient’s goals and needs.
- Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting care as needed in collaboration with the PT.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active PTA license in South Carolina
- 1 Year of experience - previous home health experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Compassionate, motivated, and team-focused attitude
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
