Job Description
We are looking for an individual that is dependable and reliable. This position is part time and weekends only. The hours are Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Personal Qualifications:
1. Be honest and reliable.
2. Be ready to begin work at the specified time.
3. Be well groomed and aware of personal hygiene.
4. Offer courteous and sincere hospitality at all times.
5. Communicate and work well with supervisor and hotel employees.
6. Keep work area, equipment, and breakfast area clean and orderly.
7. Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day.
8. Clean and clear tables in the breakfast area as they are vacated.
9. Prepare foods such as eggs, sausage, waffle batter, and gravy, keeping them stocked at all times.
10. Clean the lobby and breakfast area during and after breakfast hours. This includes: wiping, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
11. Re-stock the breakfast area and wash dishes for the next day.
12. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
