Package, seal, and label block cheese, string cheese, and cheese whips according to company standards

Ensure package integrity and accurate labeling, including correct weights

Bread cheese curds and assist with cheese cutting as needed

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

Gather necessary supplies and maintain organized workstations

Follow all safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and food safety regulations

Meet daily production quotas and quality standards

Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment regularly

Accurately document production information on log sheets

Move completed packages for loading and stack boxes onto pallets

Track inventory, record measurements, weights, and product counts

Use hand-trucks to move totes and pallets as required

Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly
