About the Role
MCWBS Inc. is looking for an organized, creative self-starter to join our recruiting department as a Part-Time Social Media & Administrative Coordinator.
You’ll work directly with the owner and recruiting team, helping manage the day-to-day operations of the recruiting department while taking ownership of our social media and digital presence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both creative work and organization. You’ll be creating content, improving our online presence, keeping recruiting processes organized, coordinating onboarding, and helping make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Prior hands-on social media experience is required. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing is strongly preferred. What matters most is that you’re reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable learning new tools and taking ownership.

As you learn our systems, recruiting process, and business, there is an opportunity to grow into a Junior Recruiting Partner role with increased responsibility and involvement in recruiting, marketing, and business development.
What You’ll Do | Social Media & Content
Our Instagram is one of our primary recruiting and brand-building channels, so social media will be a meaningful part of this role.
- Create, organize, and schedule content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
- Help manage and improve our Instagram presence at @mcwbusinesssolutions
- Develop content that attracts the type of candidates we want to hire
- Create Reels, posts, graphics, and other short-form content
- Capture and organize content from the office, team events, and recruiting activities
- Create basic graphics using Canva and similar tools
- Track social media engagement and identify opportunities to improve reach and performance
- Help develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Maintain consistency with our brand, messaging, and visual standards
SEO & Digital Presence
- Help improve our visibility across search engines and online platforms
- Research relevant keywords related to recruiting, sales careers, jobs, and our local market
- Optimize website and recruiting content for search visibility
- Assist with basic on-page SEO, including titles, descriptions, headings, keywords, and content structure
- Help optimize job postings and online recruiting content for search
- Monitor basic SEO and website performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and candidate discovery
- Research competitors and identify digital marketing opportunities
- Stay current on basic social media, SEO, and digital marketing trends
Recruiting & Administration
- Coordinate new hire onboarding paperwork and processes
- Track candidates throughout the interview pipeline
- Keep candidate records and recruiting systems accurate and up to date
- Manage and organize employee and candidate timesheets
- Assist with interview scheduling and calendar coordination
- Maintain candidate and client records
- Handle data entry, correspondence, and general office administration
- Support recruiters and the sales team with administrative needs as they arise
- Help keep day-to-day recruiting operations organized and running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience creating and managing social media content
- Experience with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your time independently
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented office
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to look at a problem and come up with ideas rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Prior administrative, office, or customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with recruiting, staffing, or sales environments is a plus, but not required

Schedule
Part-Time | Approximately 18–21 hours per week
Monday, Thursday, and Friday
10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
This is an in-office position.
