Duties

- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, analyzing performance data to inform instruction and provide targeted support.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive behavior management techniques, creating a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, school initiatives, and interdisciplinary projects to enrich the educational experience.
- Provide mentorship and support to students with diverse needs, including those requiring special education accommodations or early intervention strategies.
- Integrate literacy education within STEM subjects to promote reading comprehension and writing skills alongside math and science concepts.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance data, and behavioral reports in compliance with educational regulations.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, upcoming assessments, and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities focused on early childhood education, childhood development, Montessori methods, or other relevant pedagogies.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
