THE WORK
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
- Safely operate a company delivery vehicle
- Load and unload packages
- Follow GPS routing and delivery instructions
- Deliver packages throughout the Wilmington area
- Use company-provided technology during your route
- Interact professionally with customers and the public
- Work safely in changing weather and road conditions
- Repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle
- Walk and climb stairs throughout your shift
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Follow all traffic, safety, and company procedures
- Represent Virtus professionally at every stop
This is a physical, fast-paced job.
You should expect to spend your shift on your feet, moving packages and getting in and out of the vehicle repeatedly.

WHAT YOU NEED
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- No CDL required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to safely operate and navigate a delivery vehicle
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a delivery vehicle
- Ability to walk and climb stairs throughout the shift
- Comfortable using a company-provided smartphone/device
- Ability to follow safety procedures and traffic laws
- Availability to work a schedule that may include weekends
Delivery experience is helpful, but it isn't what we're hiring for.
We're hiring for reliability, judgment, attitude, and work ethic.
