Job Overview We are offering (3pm - 11pm / 11pm - 7am) shifts. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AL Med Techs and ALF Caregivers to join our Assisted Living team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care in Assisted Living. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, vital signs assessment, and adherence to HIPAA regulations to ensure resident confidentiality and safety.
Duties
· Provides assistance with medication management and resident care.
· Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to the medical team.
· Maintain resident records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
· Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation and data management.
· Provide compassionate care to residents in memory care settings, assisting with daily living activities as needed.
· Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers to develop and implement resident care plans.
· Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in medical technology and resident care.
Qualifications
· Previous experience in a assisted living environment is preferred.
· Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to resident care.
· Familiarity with electronic health record systems is advantageous.
· Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
