Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional care within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing administration, with a focus on enhancing patient care quality and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. DON carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Plan, direct, and coordinate patient care activities in hospital, nursing home, other medical facility, patient’s home or agency workshop to maintain standards of patient care, and advises medical staff, department heads, and administrators in matters related to nursing service.
