Chick-fil-A Livonia is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team in Livonia. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining legal compliance, implementing talent strategies, and ensuring a remarkable guest experience at every touchpoint. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage talent management strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, training, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations

Ensure HR documentation and compliance for all employees; this includes minors

Handle disciplinary conversations and terminations

Respond to employee questions and complaints promptly

Oversee legal cases and work with legal counsel as needed

Develop recruitment pipelines and maintain recruiting information

Assist in restaurant operations and CARES communication when needed

Process payroll and manage uniform distribution

Coordinate Team Member engagement activities and recognition programs
