American Traveler is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift travel contract in Hawaii, requiring active HI licensure and a minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience.

Emergency Department setting with a 28-bed unit that includes 4 trauma bays, 2 behavioral health rooms, and 22 cardiac monitor rooms

Night shift schedule: three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours weekly) following the first week of orientation

Fast-paced environment with high patient turnover

Active Hawaii (HI) RN license required by start of assignment

Minimum 2 years of emergency room RN experience required

Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, and PALS

Team-oriented work environment with fast patient turnover in a busy ER setting

All travelers must report to Employee Health 48–72 hours prior to the start of their assignment; this appointment is held at Hilo Employee Health and attendance is mandatory — plan to arrive in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start to attend Friday morning
