WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a customer-facing sales and consulting role focused on helping homeowners navigate roofing and restoration projects. You will learn how to communicate professionally, solve problems, and guide customers through the process with confidence.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meeting with homeowners to assess roofing and storm-related concerns
- Explaining project timelines, insurance details, and next steps clearly
- Recommending restoration solutions based on customer needs and property conditions
- Participating in ongoing mentorship, ride-alongs, and weekly sales training
Every conversation helps build confidence, communication skills, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
- New Representatives: $5,000 to $8,000 monthly through training pay, performance-based bonuses, and uncapped commission
- Experienced Sales Reps: $8,000 to $15,000+ per month based on production
- Top Producers: $150,000 to $250,000+ annually
- Sales Leadership: Multi-six-figure potential through leadership and team performance incentives
