Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Able to Operate in a FAST PACED ENVIROMENT
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change or totalsQualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments preferred, including quick service or fast food restaurant experience
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly
- Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in retail or grocery store environments is advantageous
- Food industry or café experience helps build a solid foundation for success in this role
