Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (100% Onsite)
Are you a skilled problem-solver who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained? We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team and support the maintenance of our buildings, equipment, and grounds.
In this hands-on role, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, flooring, masonry, and landscaping. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering quality workmanship while helping ensure a safe and professional environment for employees and visitors.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout our facilities and grounds.

Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, switches, receptacles, and fixtures.

Resolves plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and drainage concerns.

Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs before they become larger problems.

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Maintains equipment records and preventive maintenance logs.

Ensures compliance with safety regulations.

Support special projects and additional maintenance tasks as assigned by Manager.

7+ years of maintenance experience in a multi-trade environment.

Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, flooring, masonry, and general building maintenance.

Advanced knowledge and demonstrated use of power tools, hand tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.

Basic computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, and maintenance systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.

Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Valid driver's license.
