Full-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant – Dunbar, WV

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our leasing office and deliver outstanding service to prospective and current residents.
Schedule:
Enjoy a consistent work schedule averaging 36 hours per week, with Tuesday's through Friday's from 8:30 -5:00 and Saturday's from 9:00 am to 1pm. Occasional evening hours (approximately once per month for resident events)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person
- Conduct leasing tours and assist with the application and move-in process
- Coordinate service requests between residents and maintenance staff
- Support marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents
- Help plan and host resident events
- Prepare leasing reports and maintain accurate resident/property records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior sales or leasing experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple platforms
- Experience with Canva or other design tools is a bonus
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solution-focused
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Passionate about delivering excellent resident experiences
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- You may not hold an active Real Estate License to be eligible for this position
