Physical Therapy Technician / Clinical Assistant
PhysioPoint Therapy is seeking a motivated and personable Physical Therapy Technician / Clinical Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone with strong people skills and computer proficiency who is ready to help deliver world-class patient care. We are looking for someone who can commit to working with us for at least 1 year (this is not a seasonal position).
Location & Schedule Flexibility (Very Important):
We need team members who are highly flexible and willing to pivot between locations and adapt to different shifts and days.
- Strong preference for candidates who can work in Crown Point and Valparaiso.
- Ability to cover multiple locations (Crown Point, Valparaiso, Cedar Lake, Highland) is a big plus.
- Flexible scheduling: Start at 15-20 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into 35+ hours per week.
- Willingness to work varied days and shifts within our operating hours (approximately 7 AM – 6 PM) is essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist physical therapists in providing outstanding patient care
- Help create a positive, supportive experience for every client
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinic environment
- Support administrative tasks as needed

- High School Diploma or GED
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Excellent people skills and basic computer proficiency
- Highly flexible with locations, days, and shift times

Work Location: In person – Multiple Northwest Indiana locations (Crown Point & Valparaiso preferred)
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
