Job Summary
Covel Contracting is hiring dependable and experienced Skilled Carpenter/Worker for full-time work on projects requiring travel. This position is ideal for individuals with strong construction experience, the ability to work with power tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Candidates must be physically capable of performing demanding labor and willing to travel for extended periods. We’re looking for team players who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Operate power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure
- Perform physical labor including standing, bending, and heavy lifting
- Transport materials and equipment, including up and down stairs
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
Qualifications
- Experience using power tools required
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills
- Must pass a drug test and background check
