Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and care.
- Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients’ styles.
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation and disinfection procedures for tools and workstations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide expert advice on nail care, and ensure a satisfying experience.
- Upsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or nail care tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art, techniques like dermabrasion or esthetic laser treatments, and industry best practices.

- Manage appointment schedules efficiently while ensuring a clean, organized workspace that meets all sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Nail Technician or in the beauty industry with a portfolio of nail art and design work.
- Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic application, dip, builder gel and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs clearly.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude that creates a positive salon environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
